About the Role

As a Manager at The Practice, you will play a strategic role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while driving the growth and development of the team. You will act as a lead specialist in ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

• Providing Functional Leadership
• Business Advisory Development
• Team Management
• Client Management
• Maintain Core Values and Principles

About You

• We are seeking someone special who is aspiring to partnership opportunities with a minimum of 8 years of experience in tax and advisory within a public practice environment. CA, CPA or equivalent is essential
• Has proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Encompasses exceptional technical expertise in accounting and tax advisory
• A client-focused mindset and ability to build lasting professional relationships
