Your Role in Our Boutique Experience
Think of yourself as the maître d’ of our financial services. You’ll greet each client challenge with a warm, solutions-driven approach, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and grace. From preparing expertly plated financial statements, garnished with depreciation schedules, to offering sage tax advice like a perfect wine pairing, your expertise will help clients savour financial clarity.

You’ll masterfully handle accounting services, whether it’s preparing tax returns for intricate setups or orchestrating CGT calculations. Your insightful recommendations will elevate clients’ financial journeys, while your attention to detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks. Just as hospitality thrives on anticipation, you’ll foresee clients’ needs, providing a seamless and comforting experience.

What You Bring to Our Boutique Table
Much like the perfect front-of-house professional, you come equipped with the qualities that make our clients feel valued and reassured. You are:

Attentive to detail, taking pride in flawless execution.
A gifted communicator who can share complex ideas in a way that’s clear, relatable, and compelling.
Organized with impeccable time management, effortlessly juggling deadlines.
Naturally curious and always willing to learn, showing initiative as a positive and proactive team player.
A guardian of trust and discretion, holding ethics and confidentiality in the highest regard.
Your technical toolkit should include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as expertise in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks (bonus points if you’re skilled in QBOA!). Experience in public practice (minimum three years) and preparing financial statements and tax returns for diverse structures is essential. While knowledge of self-managed superannuation funds is a plus, it’s not a dealbreaker.
