Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a dedicated team of six professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
– Oversee a diverse and dynamic client base with a portfolio valued at $1M, ensuring all compliance and advisory needs are met.
– Provide expert guidance on a wide range of financial matters, helping clients navigate complex regulations and achieve their business goals.
– Drive continuous improvement in our practice, implementing best practices in accounting and client service.

What We’re Looking For:
– A minimum of five years of experience in public practice, with a proven track record of success in managing client relationships and leading teams.
– CPA or CA qualified, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging way.
– A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
