SPA Accounting was established over 10 years ago with Principals and Directors that have previously been Partners of large accounting firms including the Big 4. With a growing client base, strong business networks and a sound reputation for quality service and strategic advice for our clients, we are confident and excited about the future growth of the firm.
SPA is looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our dedicated business advisory team. The role will involve working on a broad portfolio of clients and a variety of business structures and industries. You will be responsible for using innovation and technology to produce timely and quality financial information to present to our clients. You will be given the opportunity to develop your business advisory skills including business planning and goal setting, strategic advice, business succession planning and 3-way financial modelling. Our focus is on business advisory and consulting services that add real value for our business clients in addition to the traditional accounting and tax services.
Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 1 year up to 2 years business services and tax experience in an Australian accounting firm
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- A commitment to continuous learning and development
- An interest in the use of technology and future developments
- CA/CPA studies (partially completed included) would be highly regarded
- Permanent Residency required
