Job Description

A well-established Business Advisory and Accounting firm in Subiaco seeks a dynamic, proactive, experienced client services administrator / receptionist to join our friendly team and become our Director of First Impressions.

  • Knowledge/Interest in social media and marketing would be an advantage
  • A proficiency in Microsoft Office

The main responsibility is being the primary contact for clients, whether that be in person, over the phone or electronically. This includes attending to queries, the handling and processing of information, returns and lodgements, and being responsible for the flow of a variety of work in the office.

This is a busy and varied role that involves responsibility and accountability.  There is opportunity to broaden your skills and learn from long term team members.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience of the individual applicant.  This is a full-time position working business hours 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
