Ideal for someone passionate about leading teams, building client relationships, and driving results, you’ll act as the link between clients, Partners, and internal teams—overseeing end-to-end service delivery to enhance responsiveness, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

What you’ll do: 

  • Be the first point of contact for a defined portfolio of clients, strengthening relationships and improving responsiveness. 
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a Client Service team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. 
  • Play at pivotal role and act as a liaison between Partners and Client Teams 
  • Ensure compliance and streamline processes to improve efficiency.   
  • Champion client onboarding, streamline workflow management, and ensure timely and accurate billing processes 
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the client experience.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Proven experience in a client-facing or administrative role, ideally within professional services. 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with proven ability to coach and inspire others. 
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a client-first mindset. 
  • Organised, proactive, and confident in managing competing priorities. 
  • Proficient in technology, with intermediate to advanced MS Office skills. 
  • A problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
