Join our collaborative SMSF team in the Gold Coast as a Client Services Officer! We’re seeking a motivated, flexible, and positive individual who takes initiative.

What will your typical week look like?

  • Ensure timely completion of all client related tasks in their local office or designated region, meeting internal and external service standards
  • Attend to tasks within the Beginner skill set, providing excellent support to clients
  • Provide general support to the Client Services team including file creation and management, database entry and management
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scanning                   
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Preparation of documents for signing, and ensuring timely lodgement of tax returns
  • Finalisation of client invoicing
  • Managing client correspondence via paper and electronic methods

You are someone with…..

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders; 
  • Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop, and able to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
