This is a 12-month maternity leave contract (part time, 30 hours per week), with the potential to extend or transition into a permanent role within the business — perfect for someone looking to make an impact and explore future opportunities
What will your typical week look like?
- Ensure timely completion of client-related tasks within the local office or designated region, meeting internal and external service standards.
- Provide general support to the Client Services team, including file creation, database management, and attending to tasks within the Beginner skill set.
- Assist with front-of-house reception duties and ad-hoc administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scanning as needed.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals

You are someone with…..
- Administration experience with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders;
- Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop, and able to collaborate effectively with others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) will be beneficial
