We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic person to join our Client Services team as an Officer, on a permanent basis working about 30 hours per week! This role will be supporting our local team in Bunyip, VIC. Please note, this role require you to be onsite.
 

What will your typical week look like?

  • Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and ordering supplies.
  • Dive into the world of client data management, ensuring accuracy in reports like timesheets, billings, and expenses.
  • Play a crucial role in preparing client service agreements, collecting information for impactful tax engagements.
  • Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service.

  • Demonstrated proficiency using the Microsoft Suite.
  • A genuine team player with a friendly, helpful, and constructive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills.

  • You are able to work Mondays 9:00AM-5:00PM and Fridays 9:00AM-3:00PM (the remaining hours can be split during the remaining days).
