Your role, your contribution!

• Deliver professional client service in both written and verbal form while preparing accurately reconciled client review reports for Adviser portfolio reviews
• Liaise with fund managers, maintain client portfolios within financial planning software and ensure accurate data and document management
• Provide reception and general administrative support, actioning tasks efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance standards

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience in Client Services, administration or a similar professional services environment
• Strong customer service skills with a client-centric approach
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow established processes and manage competing priorities
• Strong communication skills and intermediate MS Office capability
