Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting front of house role? This is a part-time, Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 3:00PM permanent opportunity! 

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Colac office! This is an onsite, permanent opportunity working with a team of about 60 in the Head Office!

As part of our operations team, you will work on a variety of tasks to ensure that business objectives are being met. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your administration skills and work with a close-knit team who share the common goal of thriving!

 

What will your typical week look like? 

  • Perform front of house duties such as providing efficient customer services to staff and clients, answering phone calls, managing mail, client data and meeting rooms.
  • Support office operations including managing supply stocks and liaising with external suppliers / service providers.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members and act as a point of contact for office activities.
  • Support the team with system administration, document preparation, and data entry.

  • Experience in a frontline or customer service role.
  • Intermediate computer literacy – MS Office experience.
  • Highly skilled in prioritising tasks, problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to display a proactive and team-player attitude.
