Are you a Disputes Officer looking for your next exciting move? Do you have a passion for business improvement, an eye for detail and enjoy unravelling complexity? Here at Findex, we are currently looking for someone to join our Disputes team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, flexible to be based anywhere in Australia for the right person.

The Disputes Officer role is pivotal to the quality resolution of disputes and complaints, relevant concerns or errors that may arise across the business to ensure consistency, fairness and regulatory compliance.

 

What will your typical week look like?    

  • Register and maintain complaint matters received from our clients
  • Handle and investigate client complains through liaising with clients, advisers and other support staff
  • Identify errors and trends, and assist in developing and implementing controls
  • Liaise with external dispute resolution bodes such as AFCA to resolve matters as required

Let’s talk about you!    

 You are someone with the following skills and experience…    

  • Previous experience in a similar disputes resolution roles/qualifications in financial planning would be advantageous 
  • Excellent communication and written skills and attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and the skills to gather, analyse and interpret information to identify issues, trends and solutions
  • Ability to manage and priorities competing demands
