Our Corporate Finance team have an exceptional role for an experienced Manager to join the team. This role is pivotal in growing the division and working with a diverse portfolio of clients to project manage a variety of engagements including Lead Advisory (business sales, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising) and Transaction Support (valuations, financial modelling and due diligence). This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities and client relationship skills to deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Be Doing:

Client Engagement and Delivery: Working with the two Corporate Finance Directors you will manage engagements, develop and present tailored financial strategy that meet clients’ needs and expectations across Lead Advisory and Transaction Support.

Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a few but highly capable team members to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Building Relationships: Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with clients, the broader leadership team, and your team members.

Becoming a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert technical modelling, analysis and advice to guide client decisions, identifying risks and opportunities in clients' financial strategies.

Building New Opportunities: Identify and seize opportunities for growth, nurturing new and existing client relationships.

Strategic Contribution: Actively participate in the Corporate Finance growth strategy ensuring cross team collaboration to deliver integrated solutions.
What You'll Bring to the Table:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA highly regarded) and have attained or are working towards a professional certification preferably in Corporate Finance such as CFA or CPA / CA.

4+ years of experience in investment banking or the corporate advisory team of a professional services firm.

Passion for and strong knowledge of M&A processes, corporate finance principles and capital markets.

Proven track record of managing corporate advisory transactions, including M&A, valuations, and/or capital raising.

Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and financial analysis tools (e.g. Modano, S&PCapIQ, Merger Market, Datarooms).

A client-centric approach with the proven ability to collaborate across divisions and deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring, and inspiring teams to exceed expectations.
