Are you an experienced Business Services Manager in public practice ready for a new challenge? Join our Norwest or Sydney team and enjoy diverse business advisory projects with major brands and thriving companies.
You’ll manage a client portfolio, guiding accountants and graduates to deliver exceptional accounting and advisory services.
As a senior team member, you’ll work closely with Partners in Business Advisory and our Workflow Manager to ensure smooth project distribution across the team.
What will your typical week look like?
- Working with a group of passionate professionals
- Review complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses
- Prepare cash flows and monthly management reports for clients
- Provide strategic business advice for clients and get involved with commercial advisory projects with experienced partners
- Work closely with Adviser Support Managers and Partners to ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Mentor and coach junior staff team members

You are someone with…
- Public practice experience and ability to lead & support others
- Achieved CA or CPA qualification or be working towards this
- Strong commercial acumen with sound technical accounting and analytical skills
- Ability to develop positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Strong cloud accounting product knowledge (i.e. Xero, MYOB, Excel)
- Fantastic people skills, an outgoing personality, and a passion for accounting and business advisory services
