About the role

As a Senior Accountant based in our office, you will manage a variety of client engagements, delivering services across accounting, compliance, tax planning, structuring, and advisory services. You’ll play a key role in providing high-quality, tailored solutions to our diverse client base. You will operate with limited supervision and report directly to the Practice Director. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all client work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard, while nurturing strong, positive client relationships built on trust and professionalism.

 

About you

You’re a dedicated and career-focused individual looking to join a team where your expertise will make a real impact. You’re ready for the next step and ideally bring the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, with strong skills in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and client management.
  • Software: Proficient in Xero, MYOB, and other mainstream platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CA, or IPA (Associate level or currently pursuing).
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, business practices, and financial reporting; strong in budgeting, forecasting, and risk analysis.
  • Professional attributes: Proactive, dependable, able to work both independently and in a team.

Salary range: $90,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)

Role: Full-time
