Sales Development Representative Lead

At Findex, we’re deliberately different, and we’re proud of it. We’re on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Lead who’s ready to shake up traditional outreach approaches and help us build a truly high-performing, high-energy SDR function.

This is more than a team leader role, it’s your opportunity to design, lead, and scale a best-in-class outreach engine that connects thousands of clients and prospects with solutions that help them thrive. You’ll work side-by-side with Sales, Marketing and Product to make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

 

What will your week look like?

  • Design and deliver targeted client outreach campaigns that cut through the noise and drive real engagement, both for existing clients and net new prospects.
  • Build and scale a high-performing team of SDRs who bring energy, curiosity, and determination to their prospecting activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Account Executives to align campaigns, messaging, and targeting strategies, and continuously sharpen our go-to-market motion.
  • Use data to lead: set clear success measures, identify bottlenecks, and iterate on tactics to improve conversion rates and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Be a coach, mentor, and motivator helping your team to develop their skills, hit their targets, and have fun along the way.

About you

  • You’re an experienced SDR or SDR Team Leader who knows what it takes to drive performance through data, coaching, and a passion for client outcomes.
  • You thrive in fast-moving, campaign-driven environments and are energised by turning strategy into action.
  • You’re commercially minded with a sharp understanding of B2B sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle dynamics.
  • Your analytical skills are top-notch, you can spot patterns, solve problems, and help your team work smarter using data.
  • You’re comfortable with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and love making the most of tools like Power BI or Tableau to drive insights.
