Support Officer – 12 Months Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)
The Support Officer position will work as a part of a cross functional team integral to improving service delivery and business outcomes for two Divisions, Governance and Risk Advisory and Forensic Services. The position will be responsible for providing a high level of administration, coordinating document preparation for tender submission within style guide compliance to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of content for tenders and proposals including Firm and Division information, certificates, statutory declarations, insurances, organisation charts.
- Preparation (formatting) of client miss deliverables and reports.
- Act as the central point of contact liaising with relevant stakeholders to meet outcomes.
- Create, edit and review, format tenders and proposal content to meet all associated guidelines.
- Supporting the team to identify business opportunities via various platforms such as review of TendersWA, AustTender, OAG Reports, SEEK etc.
- Preparation of business development letters and materials to potential clients.
- Setting up engagement files (i.e. CaseWare), and Moore Australia Client Portal.
- Manage work on a variety of clients and action timely responses to client needs.
- Write effective communication for clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangement for off-site audit including booking flight tickets, accommodation etc.
- Client billing and invoicing.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and proactively engage with other key stakeholders to complete the required tasks.
- Arrange, coordinate and facilitate meetings in conjunction with your team, Managers and Partners.
- Assist in diary management for Managers and Partners as required.
- Arrange and coordinate training for divisions.
- Welcomes new team member and assists them in integrating and learning about the team and the Firm
- Coordinate and undertake specialist administrative services to ensure efficient flow of information and correspondence.
About You
- Five years or more in similar position and/or prior experience in a professional practice.
- Able to provide a high level of administrative support to a dynamic cross functional team with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Able to write clearly and succinctly.
- Have a high attention to detail and provides consistent updates on work tasks.
- You will also possess a high level of drive, integrity and organisational skills, able to manage and coordinate a variety of internal stakeholders to support the team to achieve goals and deadlines.
- Able to structure and organise administrative work to promote the efficient operation with each Division.
- You hold a current national police clearance (within six months).
- And have Australian working rights.
