We are looking for a proactive and customer service focused person to join our Executive Team. The successful applicant will be committed to providing high quality administrative support to our CEO and leadership Team.
About the role
Based in our Brisbane CBD office we are looking for junior Executive Assistant, who is ready to expand on their knowledge and take on new challenges. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in liaising with the CEO and leadership team to ensure the delivery of exemplary administration support. With so much variety no two days will be the same!
Tasks and responsibilities
- General administration support: phone calls, emails, liaising with third parties
- Managing and organising the CEO calendar
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external usage
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, preparing agendas and sending out calendar invites
- Assisting with networking events and travel bookings
- Providing exceptional client service to both internal and external clientele
- Experience in an administration or client services role, however your ‘can do attitude’ will outweigh any experience
- Experience in MS Office, Outlook and Teams/Zoom
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Eager to learn and expand on skills
- A high level of personal presentation and a professional approach
- Highly organised and a natural planner
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively to the team
- Certificate in office administration (or related) is desirable
